Houses Liebherr LCS 380 hobbing machines with ring loaders, multi-hobbing capability, soft/hard skiving, and burn-free gear grinding. This plant produces over 470 gear variants for automotive, agricultural, and industrial OEMs worldwide.

Dedicated gear assembly and precision machining facility equipped with automated gear inspection lines. Features LC180 gear hobbing machines, diamond bore finishing for tight tolerances, and fully automated end-of-line testing for complete sub-assemblies including NVH and leak testing.

Centralised heat treatment facility serving all Aurangabad plants. Specialises in atmosphere-controlled carburising and quenching for case-hardened gears and shafts. Equipped with Zeiss metallurgical microscope laboratory for microstructure verification and distortion-free processing.

Hot forging and precision machining facility housing 1000T and 1600T closed-die forging presses with QCD (Quick Die Change) systems. Post-forging 5-axis CNC machining and vertical broaching up to 1500mm for complex gear profiles and structural components.

Dedicated gear manufacturing and assembly facility housing Liebherr hobbing machines (LC80–LC380), Gleason horizontal hobbing with in-built gantry system, and Nanjing gear shaving machines with CNC chamfering. Produces 470+ gear types with full in-house quality verification using Klingelnberg P40 and Brown & Sharp CMM.
