All positions based at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. IATF-certified environment with world-class precision equipment.
Operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines for gear and shaft production. Experience on Liebherr or similar gear hobbing machines preferred. Minimum ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections using CMM and gear testing equipment. Prepare PPAP documentation, SPC charts, and customer quality reports. IATF 16949 knowledge required.
Set up and operate Gleason/Liebherr gear grinding machines for hard gear finishing. Ensure ISO Grade 5–7 accuracy. Experience in burn-free grinding and first-off inspection on Klingelnberg analyser preferred.
Supervise shift operations across CNC machining and gear manufacturing lines. Drive OEE improvement, manage daily production targets, and ensure IATF 16949 compliance. Diploma/BE in Mechanical with 5+ years experience.
